  • Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, under the firm leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core, procuratorial organs have closely focused on the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reform, adapted to the higher judicial needs of the people, deepened procuratorial reform, reshaped procuratorial work functions, reorganized institutions and reconstructed mechanisms, and formed a new pattern of legal supervision of the "four major procuratorates". The quality and efficiency of procuratorial supervision and handling cases and the judicial credibility of procuratorial organs have been continuously improved, and the role of procuratorial undertakings in promoting the comprehensive rule of law and building a socialist country ruled by law has become more prominent.
