  The Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China (For Trial Implementation), adopted at the 22nd Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fifth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on March 8, 1982, is hereby promulgated, and implemented on a trial basis as of October 1, 1982.

  《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法（试行)》已由中华人民共和国第五届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第二十二次会议于一九八二年三月八日通过，现予公布，自一九八二年十月一日起试行。
