The Decision on Amending the Measures for the Administration of Securities Registration and Clearing, as deliberated and adopted at the 253rd Chairman's Executive Meeting of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”) on March 11, 2009, is hereby issued and shall come into force on December 21, 2009.
《关于修改＜证券登记结算管理办法＞的决定》已经2009年3月11日中国证券监督管理委员会第253次主席办公会审议通过。现予公布，自2009年12月21日起施行。
