The 8th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China decided to amend the Rules of Procedure of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China as follows:
第十一届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第八次会议决定对《中华人民共和国全国人民代表大会常务委员会议事规则》作如下修改：

I. One paragraph shall be added to Article 5 as Paragraph 2: “During a meeting of the Standing Committee, if it needs to change the agenda, the proposal shall be made at the chairmen's council and subject to the approval of the plenary meeting of the Standing Committee.”
　　一、第五条增加一款，作为第二款：“常务委员会举行会议期间，需要调整议程的，由委员长会议提出，经常务委员会全体会议同意。”
