• Upon deliberation at the 5th Session of the Standing Committee of the Fourteenth National People's Congress, the Bill to Revise the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (for Third Deliberation) is hereby published, and the public may directly log onto the website of the National People's Congress at www.npc.gov.cn or the National Laws and Regulations Database at flk.npc.gov.cn to post their comments or submit by mail their comments to the Legislative Affairs Commission under the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (at 1 Qianmen West Avenue, Xicheng District, Beijing Municipality, postal code: 100805. Please indicate "Request for Public Comments on the Bill to Revise the Company Law (for Third Deliberation)" on the envelope). The public comment period is 30 days.
