  • （2023年8月31日国家市场监督管理总局令第83号公布　自2024年1月1日起施行）

  • Article 1 These Measures are developed in accordance with the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China to guide enterprises to strengthen the standardization work, raise their standardization level, improve the quality of their products and services, and promote high-quality development.
  • 　　第一条　为了引导企业加强标准化工作，提升企业标准化水平，提高产品和服务质量，推动高质量发展，根据《中华人民共和国标准化法》，制定本办法。
  • Article 2 These Measures shall apply to such work as the development and public disclosure of enterprise standards and the promotion of enterprise standardization, services therefor, and the supervision and administration thereof.
  • 　　第二条　企业标准的制定、公开以及企业标准化的促进、服务及其监督管理等工作，适用本办法。
  • Article 3 Enterprise standards are the standards developed by an enterprise for the technical requirements, management requirements, and work requirements that need to be coordinated and unified within the scope of the enterprise.
  • 　　第三条　企业标准是企业对企业范围内需要协调、统一的技术要求、管理要求和工作要求所制定的标准。
  • Article 4 Enterprise standardization shall adhere to the principles of government guidance, enterprise autonomy, innovation-driven, and quality improvement.
  • 　　第四条　企业标准化工作应当坚持政府引导、企业主体、创新驱动、质量提升的原则。
