国家烟草专卖局关于印发涉案电子烟价格管理细则的通知

The Detailed Rules for the Price Management of E-Cigarettes Involved in Cases are hereby issued to you for your compliance and implementation based on the actual circumstances.
现将《涉案电子烟价格管理细则》印发给你们，请结合实际认真遵照执行。

During the period from 2022 to 2023, the “previous year” referred to in Articles 5 and 7 of the Detailed Rules for the Price Administration of E-Cigarettes Involved in Cases shall be the period from November 1, 2022, to the end of the previous month when e-cigarettes involved in the case are seized.
2022年至2023年，《涉案电子烟价格管理细则》第五、七条所称“上年度"，统一按照2022年11月1日至案件查获时上月底的时间段计算。

Article 1 These Detailed Rules are developed in accordance with the Tobacco Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulation on the Implementation of the Tobacco Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Management of E-Cigarettes (Announcement No. 1 [2022], State Tobacco Monopoly Administration), and other laws, regulations and regulatory documents for the purpose of regulating and strengthening the price management of e-cigarettes involved in cases.
