The Provisions on the Work of Illegal Immigrant Repatriation Institutions, as deliberated and adopted at the 1st executive meeting of the Ministry of Public Security on June 21, 2023, are hereby issued and shall come into force on October 1, 2023.
《非法移民遣返机构工作规定》已经2023年6月21日第1次部务会议审议通过，现予公布，自2023年10月1日起施行。

Article 1 These Provisions are developed in accordance with the People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China, the Exit-Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Entry and Exit of Foreign Nationals, and other applicable laws and administrative regulations to regulate the management of illegal immigrant repatriation institutions (hereinafter referred to as “repatriation institutions”), guarantee the lawful performance of duties by repatriation institutions, and protect the lawful rights and interests of detainees and repatriated personnel.
　　第一条　为了规范非法移民遣返机构（以下简称遣返机构）管理，保障遣返机构依法履行职责，保护被羁押、遣返人员的合法权益，根据《中华人民共和国人民警察法》《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》《中华人民共和国外国人入境出境管理条例》等法律、行政法规，制定本规定。

Article 2 Repatriation institutions, including repatriation centers and their subordinate repatriation stations, are under the leadership and administration of the National Immigration Administration.
　　第二条　遣返机构包括遣返中心及其下辖的遣返站，由国家移民管理局领导管理。
