This most often caused by one of the following reasons:
Your recipient might not register his PayPal with the same email address that you used to transfer the money. The recipient simply needs to add this email address to his account (eight addresses maximally) and confirm the new email address. The money will then immediately appear in their balance.
The recipient may not confirm his email address. Any payments sent to an account will not appear in the account balance until the user has completed the registration process by confirming their email address.

You can exchange your account currency into the desired currency by following these steps:
Log in to your PayPal account and click “Paying” at the top of the page.
Enter the payment details, select the currency from the list, and click “Continue”.
Review your payment and click “Paying”.
A exchange fee will be charged if your payment requires currency conversion. To learn more about the fee details, please refer to the ‘Fees’ section in the ‘User Agreement for PayPal Services’ at the bottom of PayPal page.
Tips: Argentina, Brazil and Malaysia's PayPal account can't use currency conversion functions.

付款限额是指您可以从PayPal账户中发送的最高金额。当您获得认证后,便可取消付款限额。要获得认证,您需要将信用卡或银行账户关联至您的PayPal账户。
Your payment limit is the maximum amount that you can send with PayPal. If your account is verified, you can cancel payment limit.To obtain verification, you should first relate your credit card or bank account to your PayPal account.
认证PayPal账户的方法如下:
——前往www.paypal.com/c2,然后登录您的账户。
——在您的姓名下方,点击“获得账户认证”。
——按步骤完成此过程。

如果您想查询订单处理情况,可以给客户服务打电话或者发E-mail,我们会有专人为您查询。您在查询时需提供查询的必要信息。如:订单号、下订单的时间、支付的卡种、金额等。
